experience includes investment operations and registered sales assistant positions at Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch. Her
role at Evergreen Advisors, Inc. is that of Client Service Assistant, providing administrative support and assisting clients
with operational duties such as opening accounts and processing check requests.
Shelley has lived in the Cincinnati area for most of her life. She and her husband, Chuck, enjoy staying busy and spending
time with their three very active children.

Doug has worked in the financial and investment field since his graduation from Xavier University in 1995 where he earned
his Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance. He began his career at Salomon Smith Barney as a Registered Associate. Upon moving
to UBS PaineWebber, he graduated at the top of his training class and became a full partner in an investment management team.
Doug was named Vice President - Investments at the age of 26 and achieved Pacesetter Club Recognition Status the last four
years at UBS PaineWebber. Doug's desire to serve the ultra high net worth clients in the Cincinnati area as well as around
the country led him to form his own team in 2002. He focuses on serving a smaller number of high net worth clients with more
time and service devoted to their business and financial needs. Evergreen Advisors, Inc. provides the framework through which
Doug can provide that devoted service.
Chuck began his career in the financial services industry in 1986 with The Ohio Company. He had just completed almost 30 years
of basketball coaching- 7 years as a high school coach and 22 years as a college coach. Chuck also worked at Advest Inc. and
UBS PaineWebber before joining Evergreen Advisors Inc. in May 2003. Chuck earned his Bachelor's Degree in Education from the
University of Cincinnati and his Master's Degree in Education from Akron University. He has been securities and insurance
licensed since 1986. Chuck focuses on retirement planning and fixed income investing.
Mariann began working in the financial and investment field while still attending Northern Kentucky University. She graduated
with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance in 1996 and went on to complete her MBA at Xavier University in 1997. Throughout her college
and graduate enrollment, she continued to work part-time at Salomon Smith Barney. Upon completion of her MBA, she began her
full-time career at UBS PaineWebber with an investment management team that included Doug Boschert. Mariann decided that the
area of investment management that she enjoyed the most was financial planning. In order to become proficient in this area,
it is best for one to become a Certified Financial Planner™ professional. In Fall 2001, Mariann completed her preparation
earning her Certified Financial Planner™ certification joining the small number in the Cincinnati UBS PaineWebber office.
Mariann joined Doug's new team in 2002. Her role at Evergreen Advisors, Inc. is that of Financial Planner.
