OUR PEOPLE

Tom Provow, CLU, ChFC

Tom received his BBA from Middle Tennessee State University in 1978. That same year, he went to work for one of the largest mutual life insurance companies. He earned numerous producer awards and was chosen several years as the agent's representative to the company. Mr. Provow has now been in the life insurance business for over 27 years. He has been a member of the Million Dollar Roundtable since 1979. Tom has earned both his Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations. At that time, he was the youngest life insurance producer in the Middle Tennessee area to earn both of these designations.

Tom has been a marketer with Evergreen Consulting, Inc. for the past 13 years. Mr. Provow is past President of Stones River Country Club, Middle Tennessee Medical Center Foundation, Leadership Rutherford and Middle Tennessee Chapter of NAIFA. Tom is also a member of AALU and Estate Planning Council of Middle Tennessee. Tom was recently honored with the Middle Tennessee Medical Center Foundation's "President's Award" for outstanding service. Tom and his wife, Sandy, have two children, Spencer and Abi and attend Belle Aire Baptist Church.

Jimmy McElhaney, Jr.

Jimmy McElhaney, Jr. earned a Bachelor's of Science in Mass Communications from Middle Tennessee State University in 1992.

Jimmy joined Evergreen Consulting, Inc. in October, 1996 and focuses his efforts in the group benefits arena which includes Group Medical, Long Term Disability, Dental, 401(k) Plans as well as wealth transfer and business succession planning. He has served as the AHIA Chair of Middle Tennessee Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.

Jimmy and his wife Rachel have four children and are active in their church. Jimmy, who was a three year letterman in golf at MTSU, remains active as an alumni at MTSU. Jimmy is a former golf professional and continues to enjoy playing competitive golf.

Mickie Dove

Mickie Dove graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 1981 with a business management degree, and has been a valued employee of Evergreen Consulting, Inc. for the past ten years. She has been involved in all aspects of the insurance business, including case design, underwriting and servicing existing clients. Dove specializes in Long-Term Care Insurance and has successfully completed "Fundamentals of Long-Term Care Insurance" training given by nationally renowned specialist, Phyllis Shelton.

Mickie and her husband, Kevin have two children and live in Murfreesboro.

Teresa Elliott

Teresa Elliott began her insurance career in 1985. Teresa's insurance background has always been in the area of service, and she handles service issues in the employee benefits arena. She is a firm believer that you must give value added service to your clients, always willing to go above and beyond to get the job done.

Teresa began working for Evergreen Consulting in October 1998. She resides in Murfreesboro with her husband Bob and their two children.

Joleen Geruntino

Joleen Geruntino joined Evergreen Consulting, Inc. in June 2002. She enjoys coming to work to help our individual and group clients. She also helps assist her co-workers with day to day operations. Her experience includes Customer Service, Payroll and Employee Benefits. Joleen and her husband John are originally from Hamilton, NY. They have two daughters Janeen and Jillian and have resided in Murfreesboro, TN since 1991.
